Planning Period
  • Gather initial team members
  • Explore and Realise the aims and desired outcomes of the Project
  • Set up neccesary mail and file servers.
  • Following Sections subject to discussion and change through planning period

Characters/Creatures/Aliens Conversion
  • 3D model
  • Animate
  • Skins
  • AI programming
  • Tweaking - adjustments to movements, and skins. This will be a continuing job during the progression of level creation.

Weapons Conversion
  • 3D model
  • Animate
  • Texture
  • Tweak Physics until as close to original as possible.

Levels/Worlds
  • Initial Mass Conversion of all levels, aswell as textures.
  • Lighting/Texturing work begins. Implement doors and platforms.
  • Inclusion of Terminal system through Unrealscript, add into levels.
  • Tweaking - adjustments to levels will be done throughout creation, and beta testing.

Game Engine
  • Tweak Player Physics
  • Motion Detector in Unrealscript?
  • Any interface work.

Beta Testing
  • Decide whether Beta Testing is neccesary
  • tweak tweak tweak till we die

Prepare for Anon Release
  • Documentation
  • Set up anon email accounts? (hotmail?)

Release
  • FTP Sites - Upload anonymously to various servers
  • Get into a Witness Protection Programme.
